Reese Layton
OwnerA native Texan, Reese grew up in Allen, Texas and attended John Paul II High School. Reese earned his college degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of the Cowboy Marching Band. Reese has gained significant construction industry experience from his time working with several large commercial general contractors including; Flintco, Kiewit, Archer Western, and Pogue Construction, building industrial facilities, schools, municipal buildings, and churches. In January of 2022, Reese purchased Landmark Construction. He is excited to join the team, and continue to build upon the company's high reputation. Seeking to serve others and placing God above all else, Reese has a high regard for honesty, quality, and a customer first mentality. Reese and his wife, Devan, reside in Melissa, TX along with their dog (and company mascot), Waylon. In December 2022, Reese and Devan welcomed their son, Casen. In his free time, Reese enjoys playing and refereeing hockey, snowboarding, and traveling to the beach or hiking in the mountains. Reese is a member of Custer Road United Methodist Church in Plano.
Francis Cubillo
Office ManagerSince joining Landmark Custom Remodeling in July 2023, Francis has been an integral part of the Landmark team, serving as the office manager. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, Francis ensures that every client interaction is positive and efficient. Her commitment to excellence helps streamline our operations, allowing us to focus on delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, Francis enjoys running and spending time with her family.
